We source our watches only from trusted sources. If we acquire watches through trade or sale from private sellers, they are authenticated before being listed for sale. All our watches come with a 100% authenticity guarantee. Upon arrival, they undergo a multi-point inspection process to ensure quality, reliability, and authenticity.
We accept all major forms of payment, including wire transfers, PayPal, credit cards, and crypto payments. Please note there is a 3.5% processing fee on all credit card and crypto payments.
We accept trades for most luxury watches with an original MSRP of $3,000 or higher. Please fill out the sell/trade/consign form so we can assess the specifics of your trade-in.
At T Signature Timepieces, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 72-hour inspection & satisfaction period for your watch. If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your purchase during the first 72 hours, we will take the watch back for a full refund based on the return policy as follows:

Upon delivery, customers have 72 hours to inspect and try on their watch.

If any issues arise within this timeframe, you may initiate a return for a full refund, provided that:

The watch remains in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

The return request is submitted within 72 hours of the watch being marked as delivered.

The customer ensures the watch is packed properly with double boxing and adequate cushioning to prevent issues during return transit. Any damage during return transit will void the return.

After the 72-hour inspection and satisfaction period, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after this time. Any modifications, sizing adjustments, or signs of wear during the inspection and satisfaction period will render the watch ineligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@TSignatureTimepieces.com within 72 hours of receiving the watch.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to safely return the watch. Please do not ship the watch back until these instructions have been given.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, whenever possible, within 7-10 business days.
Additional Terms
We do not accept returns for custom orders, special requests, or watches sold as “final sale.” T Signature Timepieces is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the watch is returned safely. Any return that does not comply with our policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Absolutely! We are part of an exclusive network of the largest watch dealers in the world. If the watch you are looking for is not in stock or listed on our website, we are happy to source it for you. We can usually fill orders within 1 week.
During the initial conversation, our curator will discuss and agree on a price you are comfortable with. From there, a 10% deposit is required to initiate the process.

If we cannot source the watch within a 30-day period, this deposit is refundable.

Should the customer decide they no longer want the item sourced during the 30-day period, the deposit is forfeit and non-refundable.

Each order is shipped out within 48 hours of cleared payment. We have a specific shipping process in which all our items are shipped double-boxed, priority overnight, with a signature required upon receipt. All items will be shipped to the FedEx location closest to the customer for pickup whenever there is such a location within 20 miles of their shipping address. Should no FedEx location be within the required distance, items are shipped to the customer’s address with priority overnight shipping and a direct signature with ID verification required. In such cases, we also require a selfie of the customer with the watch for further verification of receipt.
Yes, we can ship outside of the United States to many countries. We use a 3rd party insurance service in conjunction with FedEx whenever possible, so we can ship fully insured to your country. Please note we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or other country-dependent expenses, including VAT. International shipping costs vary by current rates and may incur a surcharge depending on current market conditions.
Yes! Just fill out the sell/trade/consign form. Make sure to note which item you are interested in. Once your trade-in has been verified for condition and authenticity, the quoted amount will be applied to your purchase. The desired watch for purchase will be held for you and marked as pending for a maximum of 14 days or until your item has been verified for authenticity or condition, whichever is first.

Sale price $2,500 - $5,000 = $500 consignment fee

Sale price $5,000 - $15,000 = 10% consignment fee

Sale price $15,000 - $50,000 = 7% consignment fee

Sale price $50,000 - $100,000 = 4% consignment fee

Sale price over $100,000 = 3% consignment fee
The consignment fee includes shipping costs, as well as inspection and authentication costs. The consignment fee does not cover any servicing, polishing, purchase of additional straps or parts, or any other costs related to improving the function or value of the watch. Any such costs are at the owner’s discretion and come out of the final sale of the item.
(Example: watch sells for $10,000 - 10% consignment fee of $1,000 - $150 polish fee - $200 servicing fee = net $8,650 to the watch owner)
